The selection of a FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent is based on survey results from past clients. The recipients of the survey are asked to evaluate the agent on nine criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation, and overall satisfaction.

 

 

 

Qualifying agents are screened against state regulating bodies and reviewed by a panel of industry experts comprising realty company executives, professional and trade association officers, and others directly involved in housing related businesses. The resulting list of FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents is a select group, representing less than 2% of licensed agents in the Houston region.

 

 

 

The Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, conferred by the National Association of Realtors, is presented to REALTORS® who have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate. The program's focus is on practical real estate training. GRI is the symbol of the Graduate Realtors Institute professional designation series. The symbol is recognized nation wide. It shows clients that the holder has a solid grasp of real estate fundamentals. The program is the foundation for the national Association of Realtors (NAR) real estate advancement program.
